If you have recently ordered hosting and DNS for your domain has not been updated yet, you will be able to access FTP only by IP address. We send the IP address along with the account activation letter to your e-mail. If your domain already works with our DNS, you need to enter your domain name (without http://www), your username and password in the FTP login program.
